Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within one to two business days following successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India)

A standard shipping fee applies to all domestic orders, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once dispatched, domestic deliveries typically arrive within three to seven business days, depending on the destination and courier service. Customers may expect a total delivery time of four to nine business days from the date of order confirmation. Tracking details will be shared via email once the order has been shipped.

International Shipping

A standard shipping fee applies to all international orders, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines for international orders generally range between seven to fourteen business days, subject to customs clearance and local courier operations. Customers may expect a total delivery time of eight to sixteen business days from the date of order confirmation. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in accordance with local regulations.

Delivery & Tracking

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s service levels and external factors beyond our control. Customers will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the progress of their shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that an order is lost or arrives in a damaged condition, customers are requested to contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Each case will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund, will be offered based on the circumstances.
